The creators of Honkai: Star Rail have announced that the major update 2.3, Farewell Penaconia, is available for pre-load. It will be released on June 19, 2024, but you can the necessary files now.
The update size is 21 GB on PC and 13 GB on mobile devices running iOS and Android. There is no preload option on consoles.
To the patch you need to do the following:
- PC – Open the bootloader on your PC. On the left side of the “Start Game” button you will find a “Preload Game” button. Click “Get” to start ing.
- iOS, Android – Launch the game. A “Preload Resources” button will appear in the lower right corner of the game screen. Click on it to start ing.
Update 2.3 “Farewell Penaconia” for Honkai: Star Rail will bring with it a new storyline, changes to the Virtual Universe mode and two new characters such as Firefly and Jasper.
