Electronic Arts officially announced a new game of the Star Wars universe called Star Wars Zero Company, which is developing by the Bit Reactor studio. The project is developed for PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S, and the release date has not yet been announced. for the Russian language is not declared.
Star Wars Zero Company is a tactical strategy in the spirit of the XCOM series, the action of which takes place in the last days of the clone wars. The player will take under the command of Hox, the former officer of the republic, who heads the mercenary detachment “Zero Rota”, which contains fighters from a wide variety of corners of the galaxy. Each of them has its own story and motives, and the interaction between the characters will be of key importance for the outcome of the missions.
The plot is focused on the fight against a new growing threat capable of plunging the galaxy into chaos. Under the leadership of the hox, the team is faced with tasks that require not only tactical verification, but also the ability to establish connections between different characters in the detachment. Gradually, the player opens the deeper aspects of the conflict, in which personal beliefs and loyalty are no less important than firepower and combat experience.
