The Russian studio GFAGAMS introduced the new gameplay trailer for the first -person Pioner. The video was shown during the presentation of OTK Games Expo 2025, which was held on May 25. The event also announced that the news about open beta testing will appear “soon”, although the exact deadlines were not disclosed.
The trailer demonstrates the Pioner gameplay personnel, showing the age both alone and in the cooperative. We can see shootings with mutated animals, mechanical enemies, people and boss.
Pioner is a first -person at the first person with elements of survival, the action of which unfolds in an alternative post -Soviet reality. The game offers an extensive open world with an area of more than 50 km², including both aboveground zones and hidden dungeons. The project combines PVE and PVP activity with a pronounced emphasis on the plot and social interaction between players. The game process is based on the implementation of plot missions and tasks of fractions, the development of relations with various groups, the study of the world, as well as participation in hostilities.
PVP is implemented through isolated zones called “shadow lands”, where players fight for valuable resources and objects in high danger conditions. The PVE-component covers the main plot quests, dynamic events, raids and mini-games, including fishing and gambling. The choice of the player has a direct impact on the development of the plot and the discovery of new opportunities. Possibilities such as deep customization of weapons, realistic survival mechanics, taking into the physiological needs of the character, as well as advanced craft using the collected materials, abnormal energy sources and artifacts, have been declared.
