For the sandbox Disney Dreamlight Valley, a free update of Wonderland Whimsy was released, which added a new story area, heroes and temporary activity to the game. The update is already available on all platforms, including PC, console and Apple Arcade.
In Disney Dreamlight Valley, the world appeared based on Alice in Wonderland. Players can get into the new zone through the door in the dream castle, where they are waiting for assignments from Alice and a cunning cat. According to the plot, it is necessary to save animals from the garden of the Chervonny Queen, as well as interact with a cat, whose help often turns into additional difficulties. After the completion of the storyline, Alice immediately s the inhabitants of the valley, while for a cunning cat it will be necessary to go through additional stages. Its quests will be opened gradually, from April 30 and May 7, after which they will become available to all players.
Simultaneously with the new world, the developers added a seasonal Star Path called Garden of Whimsy. It presents outfits in Victorian and fairy -tale styles, objects for thematic tea parties, as well as new styles for Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck. In the store, items from the Star Wars universe also appeared in honor of the Day of Star Wars, which is celebrated on May 4.
The update also includes a number of improvements based on the wishes of the community. Improved photo mud, new poses and settings have appeared, the ability to disassemble previously created items using the new station has been added, and the capacity of chests is increased due to upgrades. In addition, the developers added an event with “Czechirized” objects, returned the Dreamlight Parks Fest festival and launched the Gameloft anniversary campaign, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the company, which allows you to get festive gifts until May 7.
