Netmarble has announced the beginning of the first closed beta testing of the new Mongil: Star Dive project, which is a continuation of the Monster Taming mobile game, which was published in 2013. Testing takes place only in South Korea and will last until May 27, 2025. Participants can play PC and evaluate the key mechanics of the game, including the plot mode involving the characters of Bern and Claud.
According to representatives of Netmarble, the current testing stage is aimed at checking the main gaming process and collecting from players. All participants will gain access to all future tests, as well as guaranteed intra -game bonuses after the release. In addition, ten randomly selected testers will receive a souvenir in the form of a keychain with a mask of the game, and a hundred participants in the survey – gift certificates of Naver Pay with a face value of 30,000 won.
Mongil: Star Dive is developed by the Netmarble Monster studio on the Unreal Engine 5 engine. The game is unfolding in the same universe as in the Monster Taming, but the project offers modern graphics, dynamic battles in real time with the possibility of switching between three heroes, as well as a system monsters.
