Funcom launched a global closed beta testing of the Dune multiplayer sandbox: AWAKENING, the actions of which unfold in the alternative universe of the Dune. This stage will last until May 12, 2025, and only s who have received invitations can take part. You can apply on the game page in Steam or on Official website.
During the closed beta testing Dune: AWAKENing is available only to a small part of the planned content, designed for about 20-25 hours. Players can go through most of the first act and explore three areas. Basically, the stage is focused on PVE, but there are also small areas for PVP-spray. After the release of content, there will be much more.
The Dune release: AWAKENING will take place on June 10, 2025 on PC, but owners of Deluxe Edition and Ultimate Edition will be able to start playing on June 5. Preliminary orders are already open.
