Path of Exile 2 developers are preparing an update to fix “the most painful problems”

Grinding Gear Games continues to improve the Early Access Path of Exile 2 and shared next planned changes. Most of the work is being done to improve the balance of gameplay mechanics, the strength of monsters and the effectiveness of some active and ive skills. However, it will not do without improving the gameplay.

Let’s highlight the main changes that will soon appear in the game:

  • It will be possible to teleport to control points, and their number will be increased. In any case, a control point will be located near each entrance and exit.
  • Resetting the ive skill tree will require less gold. This will be especially noticeable at high levels, where the decrease will be 40-50%.
  • In the Trial of Sekhem, monsters will become weaker and melee damage will be reduced by 35%.
  • Monsters on high-level maps will become less deadly. For example, there are no additional penalties to elemental resistances on the cards, and Chaos damage will not be as severe.
  • Nerfs are expected for “skeleton arsonists”, the skills “Tornado”, “Vean Arrows” and “Magnetic Volley”.
  • Strengthening many skills in different branches: shields in the maces section, bows, bone enchantments, crossbows and fighting staves.
