The authors of the third-person cooperative action game Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 shared plans to add new content to the game. The game is currently hosting a Decimation event where players can get the exclusive Mark XI Hell’s Teeth Pattern Chainsword skin. To do this, you need to win 10 times in Operations mode from December 23, 2024 to January 20, 2025.
Regarding the content in the coming 2025, players will find a new PvP map with many narrow ages and many opportunities for hand-to-hand combat. There will also be for customizable custom PvP matches: s will be able to customize the size of teams, the duration of rounds, class restrictions and much more.
The long-awaited PvE mode “Horde” will appear at the end of 2025, so the developers suggest being patient and waiting for news. But the new character will be a sniper from the Order of the Salamanders: he will be available in PvP and PvE modes. In addition, the authors stated that they have plans to add a character from the Raven Guard, but there are no details yet.
The battle barge will be expanded with a new area that can be unlocked using a special currency, and customization elements will be added throughout 2025. The developers also thanked the five million players for ing the game.
