The creators of the multiplayer Pvpve-Exchen Legacy: Steel & Sorcery launched the first season called Shadow’s Reach. The update is accompanied by a full wipe, so all the progress of the characters, objects and achievements among the merchants were zeroled.
As part of the first season, two new cards were added to the game.
- Dawnhammer Crypt – It is a dungeon with narrow corridors and a high degree of complexity – the location is designed for players with rare (green) equipment and higher.
- Greenwood Night – Night version of a familiar open area with changed points of appearance, new loot and unique enemies. Less prepared adventurers can also begin here, equipped even by the simplest (white) equipment.
List of classes in Legacy: Steel & Sorcery replenished the magician. This character specializes in the use of spells and owns its first weapon – the Embersstaff staff, allowing you to throw fire balls, control time and customize spells using special scrolls.
The Shadow’s Reach season also added to the Goldbrook social hub, where players can train, arrange a duel and just communicate between tasks. In addition, weekly quests were added to the system of tasks, and new items of the situation, including a transmutator, a spinning machine and a blacksmithing, were added to the den. The list of opponents has also expanded significantly, as a result of which, in the dungeons and night forests, there are now necromancers, banshees and other dangerous creatures.
The developers revised the balance of classes and updated the combat system. New effects have been introduced – silence, ignition and stasis. Some skills, skills and weapons of existing classes are also processed. In particular, warriors received new abilities to control the enemy, and hunters and priests – improved survival and mechanics.
Among other improvements, it is worth noting a processed system of interaction with objects, the possibility of creating lamps for studying dark areas, expanded resource collection and new visual effects in key locations. In addition, the Goblin Pawn Shop system was implemented, where you can redeem part of the lost equipment after the defeat, but only if it was not cooked by other players.
