The World of Darkness company announced a large -scale rebranding, in which the name White Wolf is returning. It is under this name that the new structure will now be valid, which has become the official licensor and publisher of all projects in the universe, including Vampire: The Masquarade – Bloodlines, Werewolf: The Apocalypse and Hunter: The Reckoning. The company emphasizes that this is not just about changing the name, but about the transition to a new stage in the development of the brand, focused on deep integration of the narrative in all media formats.
White Wolf will overshadow transmedition initiatives, combining video games, board role -playing games, streaming shows and other directions in a single creative and marketing context. All projects – both licensed and produced directly – will receive from the internal team and access to the global network of partners and distributors. The White Wolf team will also develop new RPG desktop RPGs based on key IP World of Darkness.
The first step of the updated company will be to participate in the Vampire: The Masquarade – Bloodlines 2. The project is developed in cooperation with Paradox Interactive and should be released in October 2025. Along with this, White Wolf sets a course to unify Laura and the development of interconnected stories, which should open a new era for a franchise and provide a closer connection with fans around the world.
The leadership of the new structure includes industry veterans, such as the Executive Vice President of World of Darkness Marco Bermann, brand manager Jason Karl and licensing director Nikola Filipov. All of them had previously played an important role in the and development of key initiatives of the franchise.

White Wolf was founded in 1991 and quickly established itself as a pioneer in the field of serious plot oriented role -playing games. Her flagship in the face of Vampire: The Masquarade became a cult hit and laid the foundation for a whole line of projects, which explores complex topics of power, morality and human nature through the prism of supernatural. Today, the brand returns to its roots, but does this with an updated structure, modern tools and ambitions that meet the current industry requirements.
